Free Talk: How Fashion Trashes the Planet and What You Can Do

Fashion has a vampiric relationship with the planet, polluting rivers, drying up seas, chopping down rain forests, and creating mountains of waste.

Author and journalist Tansy Hoskins explores who really benefits from over consumption, why the fashion industry has such a destructive approach to nature, and what an alternative might look like.

Clifton Climate Action will be hosting the event at Clifton Library. Doors will open at 7 and the event itself will start at 7:30. This is a free event and all are welcome.
