Welcome back to the first of our autumn season of Wednesday matinee films. We will be running these matinees fortnightly through to the spring of 2024 and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible. There is no charge for this event and there will be tea and coffee available but this season we will have a tin for donations if you would like to donate.
Little Miss Sunshine is a 2006 Oscar-winner for Best Original Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor (Alan Arkin) chronicles the mishap-filled 700-mile journey, in a junky VW van, of one dysfunctional family. A classic American road movie where the goal is to realize an optimistic little girl’s dream of participating in a beauty pageant.
