We are delighted to host this well being session of Tai Chi as part of Clifton Library Welcome Space. This is part of Clifton Library Welcome Space and therefore each session of Tai Chi is free. There are three remaining sessions and each will start at 11.30 for 30 mins;
Sessions three, four and five; Tuesday 7th, Thursday 16th and Tuesday 21st February.
Tai Chi Shibashi for health and well-being Shibashi is a gentle flowing exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing.
Improves balance, breathing and flexibility.
Easy to learn, calms the mind and reduces stress.
Suitable for all ages and abilities and can be performed seated.
