We are delighted to be able to present a talk by Dr Dorcas Kingham which we are sure will spark a lot of interest. 

Dr Kingham is considering the position of men in today’s society. After much welcome change to improve rights for women, men have needed to make changes which have sometimes been difficult. Society is beginning to forget the men which has serious consequences for us all.  Dr Dorcas Kingham will be looking at some of the difficulties facing boys and young men as they grow up. 

Dr Dorcas Kingham is a retired consultant psychiatrist. She read medicine at Bristol university and trained in psychiatry in Bristol and at St Thomas’ hospital,London.

The talk will begin at 7pm and the bar opens at 6.30pm. As part of our ongoing programme for community events open to all, this event will be free.
