Join Laura Shepherd-Robinson in conversation with Sunday Times literary editor

Johanna Thomas-Corr about her latest book The Square of Sevens, a lavish historical mystery featuring fortune-telling and twists galore, all set amongst the high society of Georgian Bath, London and Cornwall.

Laura Shepherd-Robinson worked in politics for nearly twenty years before re-entering normal life to complete an MA in Creative Writing at City University.

Her debut novel, Blood & Sugar, was a Waterstones Thriller of the Month and won the Historical Writers’ Association Debut Crown and the Specsavers/Crimefest Best Debut Novel prize. Her second novel, Daughters of Night, was shortlisted for the Theakstons Crime Book of the Year, the Goldsboro Glass Bell Award, and the HWA Gold Crown. The Square of Sevens is her third novel. Laura was raised in Bristol and studied at The University of Bristol.

Tickets (£10) are available via Eventbrite – please use link below or via the library during library opening hours (cash only please) or on a Wednesday morning from 10.30 until 12.30 (or until 4pm on Wednesday matinee days).  On a Wednesday, card payments can be taken.
