Moses McKenzie is of Caribbean descent and grew up in Bristol where his debut, An Olive Grove in Ends, is set. Moses was born in 1998 and wrote this book aged 21. Three years later, it is now being turned into a TV series for Pulse Films. His writing is strongly influenced by his literary heroes, including James Baldwin and Maya Angelou.
