The first of our Wednesday Wellness activities and talks
Nordic walking is unlike any other exercise and transforms ordinary walking into an effective total body workout. When Nordic walking you combine fitness, being outdoors and being in a group, all of which boost your motivation to come again and again. If you’d like to learn more about this magical exercise and how you can get involved come along to my talk, plus we’ll have poles to try so you can see first-hand what Nordic walking is all about.
