The practice of Mindfulness, is most effective when used at regular intervals throughout the day: this can consist of being aware of our breath and using it as an anchor, or allowing ourselves to feel the joy of a moment. Jackie will introduce you to easy and effective ways of harnessing the power and benefits of experiencing Mindfulness in relatively simple ways. FREE
