The first of our 2024 sessions with Don.
Tai Chi Shibashi for health and well being. Shibashi is a gentle flowing exercise routine which is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing which improves balance, breathing and flexibility. As before if you would like to contribute, we are suggesting a £3 donation – all proceeds go to the Clifton library. The next sessions are; Tuesday January 23rd and 30th followed by Tuesday 6th February. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Can be performed seated.
