Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi

Tai Chi Shibashi for health and well being. Shibashi is a gentle flowing exercise routine which is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing which improves balance, breathing and flexibility. This is our final summer session with Don.

If you would like to contribute, we are suggesting a £3 donation – all proceeds go to the Clifton library. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Can be performed seated.
