The first of our Autumn Tai Chi sessions will be held in the library.
Tai Chi Shibashi for health and well being. Shibashi is a gentle flowing exercise routine which is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing which improves balance, breathing and flexibility. As before if you would like to contribute, we are suggesting a £3 donation – all proceeds go to the Clifton library. The next sessions are; 26th September, 24th October, 31st October, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th November followed by 5th and 12 December.
Suitable for all ages and abilities. Can be performed seated.
