Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi for health and well-being is a gentle flowing exercise routine which is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. It improves balance, breathing and flexibility.
The amazing Don runs these sessions as a way to support the library. If you would like to contribute and can contribute, we are suggesting a £3 donation – all proceeds go to the Clifton library. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Can be performed seated.
